When you use the “Discuss your project” form, we collect your name, company, email address and the message you write. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this website. A single functional cookie remembers the language you choose.

Why we use it

We use this information only to answer your request and, if you choose to work with us, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after [duration, e.g. 3 years] from our last contact.
